Peer Outreach Form

WillBridge Street Peer Outreach Program (PSOP) is designed to make contact with homeless individuals that are service-resistant and therefore routinely do not access services. Each contact is a stepping stone towards building trust and addressing their immediate basic human needs.

The Outreach Team will need assistance in locating these individuals who have been very deliberate in their seclusion from the more populated areas. Community participation is a key component that will aid as a catalyst for the initial contact. All incoming Homeless Identification forms will be categorized by zipcode and each week the Outreach Team will focus on a specific area.

Please note that this process take time, and it is up the individual to choose to respond to any inquiries.
